“Since I’ve been in Congress, I have supported National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) bills and I've voted against NDAA bills. I've always tried to do so based upon a complete reading of the document, measuring the good with the bad.

Today, along with 31 other Republicans including Trey Gowdy and Jeff Duncan, I voted against the NDAA.  Here’s why:
