Mullins, Sr.  Sadly, Dr. Mullins passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2012.  His passing leaves a tremendous void in the hearts of his family, friends and the Thomasville, Georgia community.

Gray Senior Citizen’s Center in Albany, Georgia.
