Rep. Duncan releases statement at start of 115th Congress

Washington, D.C. – Rep. Jeff Duncan (SC-03) released the following statement after being sworn into the 115th Congress:

“I am very humbled to have been chosen by the citizens of the Third District of South Carolina to be their voice in Washington. It has been the highest honor of my life to fight on behalf of the people of South Carolina.
