In order to secure the freedoms of Americans, spur innovation, and ensure a level playing field for businesses, we must reform the Federal Communications Commission before their regulatory machine strangles our telecommunications sector. Transparency, public participation, enhanced congressional oversight, and cost-benefit analysis rulemaking will ensure that innovation continues to thrive, property rights are protected, and the internet remains free.
