Request a Tour

White House tours are scheduled Tuesday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., and Friday and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. EST.  Requests may be submitted up to three months in advance, and no less than 21 days before the requested tour date.  Since tours are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, requesting your tour further in advance is highly recommended, particularly during peak tourism seasons like Spring, Summer, and the month of December.

Capitol tours may be scheduled 24 hours in advance from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Inauguration Day. However, due to the limited number of tickets available, requesting your tour further in advance is highly recommended.
