Congressman David McKinley was in the Ohio Valley today speaking with organizations on what issues they would like to see taken to Washington. One of his stops was a Women's Roundtable in Moundsville.

A wide range of topics were discussed this afternoon, but the main focus was the growing drug problem our state is facing.

Many of the women in attendance spoke to the Congressman about how they have seen drugs affect our community and children and what their organization is trying to do to help.

One thing the congressman was really pushing for were ideas he could take to Washington to potentially form a bill or amendment.

"Sometimes we get in these meetings and you're moved by what has happened some things come up that we weren't aware of that's happening. We have been having quite a few meetings in last few years really trying to focus on the drugs. Its one to talk about it we are trying to find out what to about it," said Congressman David McKinley.
