WDTV TV: Speaker Boehner hoping to sue President Obama

On Sunday, House Speaker John Boehner wrote an editorial for CNN on why he feels President Obama needs to be sued.

Since this issue is divided among party lines, many Democrats feel that Boehner is just causing commotion to rally the Republican party for the upcoming Midterm Elections in November, while others feel Obama has overstepped his boundaries, allowing Boehner and the House of Representatives to sue the president.

In his article, Boehner says he is introducing legislation later this month that would authorize the House to file a lawsuit to make Obama "follow his oath of office and faithfully execute the laws of our country."

Boehner says Obama is bypassing Congress to pass and change laws by issuing executive orders, which Obama claims he has to do since congress isn't.

Representative David McKinley says he isn't worried about how many executive orders have been passed, but the content of them is the reason to worry.
