If there was any doubt that Democrats worry the botched Obamacare rollout could hurt their 2014 prospects, a new ad from a top Democratic super PAC should erase it.

The ad from House Majority PAC praises Rep. Joe Garcia (D-Fla.) for taking "the White House to task for the disastrous health-care Web site."

The ad also praises him for supporting legislation to allow people to keep their health-care plans -- a reference to the Obama administration's repeated (and incorrect) assertions that people wouldn't lose their current plans.
