The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection says it will live stream the Surface Mine Board's hearing about the appeal of Keystone Industries KD No. 2 mine permit.

The meeting is scheduled to start 8:30 a.m. on Monday. It will be streamed over the department's "Environment Matters" YouTube channel.

Wendy Radcliff, the DEP's environmental advocate, says the department wanted to make the hearing available to as wide an audience as possible.
