A chemistry teacher at Parkersburg High School will be the guest of U.S. Rep. David McKinley, R-W.Va., at President Obama's State of the Union speech on Tuesday in Washington, D.C.

Judith Winans is a chemistry teacher at Parkersburg High and was the 2014 Wood County Teacher of the Year. She has taught school for 26 years.
