How to Pay for College Seminar

Congressman Cummings' How to Pay for College Seminar brings together college-bound high school seniors, parents, and current college students with financial aid and higher education experts to provide information about opportunities and financial assistance programs that give current and perspective students the ability to attain a college education. 

The event will include a financial aid seminar from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, with speakers including:

• Dr. James Copeland, Jr. – U.S. Department of Education
• Beneé Edwards – Maryland Higher Education Commission 
• Jennifer Bauer – Central Scholarship
• April Bell – College Board 
• Troy Quinn – Morgan State University
• and Julie Knox-Brown – Howard Community College

Area colleges and universities will also be in attendance to provide information, including:
