Tom Introduces Bureau of Reclamation Commissioner Nominee Estevan R. López

Tom introduces New Mexico native Estevan R. López at his nomination hearing to be the Commissioner of Reclamation. The Bureau of Reclamation is the top federal water management agency under the U.S. Department of the Interior, which coordinates several programs, initiatives and activities that will help western states, Native American Tribes and others meet new water needs and balance the multitude of competing uses of water. The hearing was before the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
