Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting my website, I hope you find it helpful. During your visit, no personal information will be collected by my office unless you choose to provide that information by either contacting me or working with my constituent services staff to resolve an issue before a federal agency.

If you do provide my office with personal information, that information will be used to respond to your message. If you are seeking help with a federal agency, my office will first ask for a signed Privacy Release form from you. Once we receive your form, my staff may need to share the relevant information you've provided with a federal agency. Other than for these reasons or in the course of an authorized law enforcement investigation or emergency posing an imminent risk to public safety, my office will not share personal information sent through my web site with any organization or individual, or otherwise disclose it outside my office, without your consent.

In order to enable the U.S. Senate to make its web sites more useful to visitors, some user information is collected by the Senate and stored automatically. This information does not identify you individually. If you would like to read the Senate's complete privacy policy, you may find it here.

If you click on a link on my website that takes you to an outside website, you will need to consult the privacy policy of the site you are visiting.

Please contact me with questions or concerns regarding my privacy policy or any other issues important to you. Thank you again for your visit.
