Eagle Scout:  Troup number, Date scout passed Review Board, Date of Court of Honor, brief description of Eagle Scout Project

Cub Scout Arrow of Light Award:  Cub Scout Pack Number

Girl Scout Gold Award:  Troop number, date of Recognition Event
