Brady Statement on Rep. Sam Johnson’s Decision to Not Run for Reelection

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Ways and Means Chairman Kevin Brady (R-TX) released the following statement regarding Social Security Subcommittee Chairman Sam Johnson’s (R-TX) decision to retire after serving out the remainder of the 115th Congress:

He is an irreplaceable Member of our Committee and of our Congress. I am so grateful for Sam’s friendship, his leadership, and his remarkable service to Texas and our entire nation.
