Washington, DC– Congressman David B. McKinley, P.E., (WV-1) released the following statement in response to the Supreme Court’s ruling in King v Burwell:

“It is disappointing that West Virginia families will continue to suffer under this broken law. Obamacare is not reducing premiums, increasing access, or improving care for patients. Today’s ruling means we must continue to pursue patient-centered health reform for a new president to sign.”
