Oversight of the Cybersecurity Act of 2015

The purpose of this hearing is to examine industry perspectives and the recommended path forward for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in their implementation of the Cybersecurity Act of 2015. The Committee will examine the progress made by DHS in the implementation of this cybersecurity legislation and discuss how well the Department is working with its information-sharing partners in industry. Additionally, the Committee is interested in hearing from stakeholders on the possibilities for future growth and improvement in the DHS cyber mission.
