Tom Seeks Updates on Uranium Mine Settlement, WIPP Monitoring from EPA Administrator

Tom questions EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy about the federal government's recent settlement on abandoned uranium mine clean up in the Navajo Nation and asks for an update on EPA's air monitoring and personnel activities at the Waste Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) in Carlsbad. The hearing was before the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on the Department of the Interior, Environment and Related Agencies on the fiscal 2015 budget for the Environmental Protection Agency.
