Small businesses create two out of every three new jobs in the US and produce about half of private-sector output. But an ever-increasing web of regulations has placed unnecessary burdens on America’s 28 million small businesses. With the start of the 115th Congress underway, how can policymakers advance entrepreneurship through meaningful reform?

Join AEI as House Small Business Committee Chairman Steve Chabot (R-OH) outlines the House Republican plan to provide regulatory relief to small businesses. Following his remarks, Chairman Chabot will discuss with AEI’s Stan Veuger how reforms to today’s banking, health care, tax, and trade laws will provide more opportunities to small business owners, employees, and consumers.

Join the conversation on social media with #ChabotatAEI and @AEI on Twitter and Facebook.
