Flag Request

New Jerseyans can purchase U.S. flags though Senator Menendez’ office for special events, ceremonies, gifts or other celebrations. Simply fill out the form below.

At your request, we can also have your flag flown over the U.S. Capitol. The flag will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity which includes the name of the person or organization for whom the flag was flown, as well as the occasion for which it was flown.

If you would like your flag to be flown on a specific date, please make your request six weeks in advance and allow at least two weeks for delivery after it has been flown.

Once you have completed the form, print and mail a copy, along with your check, to:
