U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) was formerly known as the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). In 2002, the United States Department of Homeland Security was established, and USCIS falls under this department's jurisdiction. USCIS is responsible for administering immigration and naturalization services, such as processing applications for entering, exiting and residing in the United States either on a temporary or permanent basis.

Requirements

Determine if your concerns are with the federal government or the state of Kansas.

If your problem or issue is with the federal government, send the Privacy Act Consent Form, which you can complete and print in Step Three, and a letter to Senator Moran asking for assistance. Be sure to sign the letter and include your address and daytime phone number.

Send the Privact Act Consent Form and letter to Senator Moran's office along with any additional information you may have regarding your case.
