U.S. Capitol
Tours: Guided tours hosted through the Capitol Visitors Center
Times: Monday to Saturday, 8:50 a.m. to 3:20 p.m.
Notes: Advance reservations are required for U.S. Capitol tours and my office can provide you with Senate gallery passes. Please also indicate in your tour request form if you are interested in viewing the Senate chamber. Be sure to spend some time in the Capitol Visitors Center, open to the public Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pentagon
Tours: Guided tours
Times: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Notes: Guided tours of the Pentagon are available by reservation only and must be requested directly through the Pentagon Tours Office. Tour requests should be made at least two weeks in advance and submitted directly to the Pentagon at: https://pentagontours.osd.mil. If you have any questions about the tour request process, please feel free to contact my office.
White House
Tours: Self-guided tours of the historic East Wing
Times: Tuesday to Saturday (except for federal holidays or during special events)
Notes: The White House approves tour requests on a first-come, first-served basis and my office cannot offer any guarantees that your request will be approved. In order to increase your chances, please provide my staff with as much advanced notice as possible. All tour requests must be made at least six weeks in advance.
The White House will not be offering tours from January 6 through January 20, 2017.
On September 4, 2009 President Obama announced that visitor access records to the White House Complex will be made publicly available 90-120 days after the date of visit. This policy includes all guests touring the White House. Please be aware that your full name and the date of your visit will be part of the publicly released records. Your date of birth, Social Security Number and all other information provided will not be released.
