On Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. the Committee on Small Business Subcommittee on Contracting and Workforce held a hearing titled, The Decline in Business Formation: Implications for Entrepreneurship and the Economy. The hearing was held in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building. The purpose of the hearing was to examine the failure of the United States' to rebound economically and the how the declining rate of small business creation effects the economy.
