Barriers to Entrepreneurship: Examining the Anti-Trust Implications of Occupational Licensing
On Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at 1:00 P.M., the Committee on Small Business held a hearing titled, Barriers to Entrepreneurship: Examining the Anti-Trust Implications of Occupational Licensing. The hearing was held in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building. The purpose of the hearing was to examine the role that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) plays in combating the rise in occupational licensure through enforcement of anti-trust laws.
