Internships

Senate internships provide a unique and unparalleled perspective of the inner workings of the "world's greatest deliberative body." Interns also play an integral role in my offices' operations and my internship program is designed primarily for educational benefit. There are opportunities for internship placements for undergraduate students at my offices in Albuquerque, Carlsbad, Las Cruces, Portales, Santa Fe and Washington, D.C.

All internships are unpaid, but may count toward college credit per requirements outlined by a student's college/university. Students from New Mexico or those attending school in the state are given preference, and students of all majors are encouraged to apply. For more information, please e-mail: internships@tomudall.senate.gov.

Intern in New Mexico

My offices in Portales, Las Cruces, Carlsbad, Santa Fe and Albuquerque offer internships throughout the year. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, but students are encouraged to submit their applications early.
