Our office can provide tickets to some Washington, D.C. attractions such as the White House, U.S. Capitol Building, Supreme Court, Library of Congress and the Kennedy Center for residents in the district. All tickets are free and are provided to constituents on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the large number of visitors, please request tickets early in order to maximize your chances.

To request a tour for the White House a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months’ notice is required in addition to submitting completed security information. Following these steps does not guarantee you a tour, rather it helps us to more efficiently process your request. White House tours run from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. These hours will be extended when possible based on the official White House schedule.

Please note, the United States Capitol Dome is currently undergoing extensive restoration. Because of this project, there may be times when the Capitol or portions of the Capitol will not be open to the public. Please check the Architect of the Capitol’s website for update listings on closures.
