Should a special prosecutor be appointed to investigate the Clinton Foundation's alleged pay-to-play practices?

Foreign governments and individuals are prohibited from giving money to political candidates to avoid the appearance or reality of outside influence in U.S. leadership. Recent reports that Clinton Foundation donors received access to then-Secretary Clinton have made it unclear where the Clinton Foundation ended and the State Department began. Evidence of this occurring is consistently on the rise, and newly released emails have suggested that donating to the Clinton Foundation was an expedient route of access to Hillary Clinton and other key contacts within the State Department. The Associated Press reported that a majority of people who met or had phone calls with the former Secretary of State for private interests, had also donated to the foundation, or pledged commitments to its international programs. Combined, these donors contributed as much as $156 million to the Clinton Foundation.

Many Americans have also questioned the neutrality of the FBI and Department of Justice throughout the investigation and have called for a special prosecutor to investigate the Clinton Foundation. Please participate in the survey below to share your thoughts.
