Congresswoman Adams Hosts HBCU Roundtable

Congresswoman Alma Adams, a member of the House Education and the Workforce Committee and Subcommittee on Higher Education met with presidents as well as representatives from four Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in North Carolina’s 12th Congressional District: Bennett, Livingstone, NC A&T and WSSU for a candid and open conversation about HBCUs. The purpose of the roundtable was to hear directly from local HBCUs about the issues impacting their schools. to discuss the issues impacting their schools.
