WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Adriano Espaillat (NY13) held a press conference with officers from the New York Police Department (NYPD) and state and local officials to discuss last week’s arrest of 32 individuals accused of running a drug marketplace on Vermilyea Avenue in Inwood.
