Any information you provide on this website will not be given to or sold to anyone outside of Congressman Lowenthal's office without your consent.

When you visit Congressman Lowenthal's site, the House of Representatives collects and stores only the following information:

  • The name of the domain from which you access the Internet.

  • The date and time you access the Congressman's site.

  • The Internet address of the web site from which you linked directly to Congressman Lowenthal's site or the Internet address of the computer used to link to the Congressman's site.

This information is used for Site Management purposes. This government computer system uses software programs to create summary statistics using this information.  These statistics are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

NOTICE:  Unless you choose to provide such information, we do not collect or maintain personal information about you when you visit Congressman Lowenthal's site.
