As our state moves into an economic resurgence we must ensure our mothers, sisters, and daughters are able to share in that prosperity.  Women comprise a larger component of the workforce now than at any point in our history, and perform their duties at the same level as their male counterparts. This hard work should be reflected in our national policies moving forward.
