The COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing entitled “The National Flood Insurance Program: Reviewing the Recommendations of the Technical Mapping Advisory Council’s 2015 Annual Report.” The witnesses will be Mr. John Dorman, Chair, Technical Mapping Advisory Council, and Assistant State of Emergency Management Director for Risk Management, North Carolina Emergency Management; Mr. Scott Edelman, Vice Chair, Technical Mapping Advisory Council, and Senior Vice President for North America, AECOM Water Resources; and Mr. Roy E. Wright, Deputy Associate Administrator for Insurance and Mitigation, Federal Emergency Management Agency.
