WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Roy Blunt (Mo.) spoke on the Senate floor to urge his colleagues to pass the 55^th consecutive National Defense Authorization Act, which provides the resources and authorities the military needs to keep America safe. The bill includes a 2.1 percent pay raise for our troops, and authorizes a fire station at Fort Leonard Wood, and land acquisition and planning and design funding for the NGA West facility in North St. Louis.
