The Capitol Flag Program, which began in 1937, gives Arizona residents the opportunity to commemorate special occasions by having a flag flown over the United States Capitol. At the request of Senator McCain, flags can be flown year-round and are shipped with a personalized 8 x 10 inch Certificate of Authenticity provided by the Architect of the Capitol.
Due to demand for flags, please allow 12 weeks processing time. Please do not request a fly date more than 3 months in advance. We cannot guarantee any return date.
*Please note that flags cannot be flown on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Checks should be made payable to “Keeper of the Stationary.” All prices include the shipping fee for flags being mailed within the United States. Flags are subject to price change, so please be sure to use an updated form.
