Office of Congressman Chris Collins to Host Assistance to Firefighters Grant Workshop

The office of Congressman Chris Collins will host an informational workshop where staff members with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will provide an overview of the Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) program. Representatives from the Fire Program Specialist Office of FEMA will be giving a presentation on new and previously existing policies, guidelines, and requirements for the AFG. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.

Federal grants play a critical role in accomplishing those goals.”
