King v. Burwell Ruling Fails to Address Obamacare’s Fundamental Flaws

Congressman Chris Collins today released the following statement in response to the Supreme Court’s ruling in King v. Burwell.

“Today’s Supreme Court ruling upholding Obamacare subsidies is extremely disappointing. I will continue the fight to fix the fundamental flaws in this legislation. Western New Yorkers deserve a healthcare system that implements common-sense, flexible, and patient-centered solutions.”
