Collins Reacts to Obama Administration’s Newest Job Destroying Regulation

Congressman Chris Collins (NY-27) today released the following statement after the Obama administration officially proposed tightening its rules for smog-causing ozone.

“At least left-wing environmentalists have a lot to be grateful for this Thanksgiving as President Obama proposes the costliest regulation in American history.  Too bad, so many middle-class Americans still waiting for the economic recovery this President promised six years ago cannot say the same.  President Obama's proposed regulation will –without a doubt – kill jobs and obstruct economic growth when we can at least afford it.”
