Rep. Messer Works to Help Veterans Harmed by ITT Tech Closure
Rep. Luke Messer files legislation to assist the 7,000 veterans harmed by the closure of ITT Technical Institute and ensure they have a path forward to continue their education.
“Our nation spoke loud and clear on Election Day, and Congress now has an unprecedented opportunity to deliver on conservative principles,” Messer said. “The Republican Policy Committee will work with President-elect Donald Trump to drive policy results and get Washington back on the side of the American people.”
This week, Congressman Luke Messer (IN-06) introduced bipartisan legislation, the Article V Records Transparency Act (H.R. 5306), to ensure states are able to exercise their authority under Article V of the Constitution by restructuring the recordkeeping process of Article V applications.
