Flag Order Form

If you would like to order a U.S. flag from my office, please use this flag order form to calculate the price and shipping costs.

When you have completed the form, please print out the form and mail it along with a check to our Washington D.C. Office. 

***Due to internal security precautions taken to protect congressional offices, it usually takes several weeks for us to receive mail. Please submit flag request orders four to six weeks before the requested fly date.

*Also, please note that we will only accept checks payable to “Rep. Thomas Massie – Office Supply Account.” Any check made out to “Rep. Thomas Massie” or “Congressman Thomas Massie” will be returned.

Care of the Flag

Most outdoor flags can be washed in mild detergent and thoroughly rinsed. Indoor and parade flags should be dry-cleaned. Damaged flags can be repaired and utilized as long as the overall dimensions are not noticeably altered. American Legion Posts and local governments often have facilities to dispose of unserviceable flags. Store your flag in a clean, well ventilated area.
