Inauguration Requests

Our office is no longer accepting requests for tickets to the 58th Presidential Inauguration Ceremony at the U.S. Capitol on January 20, 2017.

Fortunately, there are many ways to participate in the Inauguration without tickets. Sections of the National Mall will be open to the general public. Large viewing screens and speakers will be placed on the Mall so that as many people as possible can listen to and witness the event. To learn more, please visit: http://www.inaugural.senate.gov/58th-inauguration

While the Inauguration Swearing-In Ceremony is under the jurisdiction of Congress, Inaugural balls, galas and the Inauguration Day Parade are the responsibility of the President-Elect and the Presidential Inaugural Committee. The Inauguration Day Parade will be open to the public and tickets are not required for most of the route. For additional information on these events, please visit: https://www.58pic2017.org/.
