A: Congressman Cleaver represents Missouri’s Fifth District, which includes most of Jackson County, Missouri and Raymore, Belton and Peculiar in Cass County. All of Kansas City south of the Missouri River, Independence, Raytown, Lee’s Summit, Lone Jack, Grandview, and Sugar Creek are all included in the Fifth District.
