• Help for homeless veterans - The National Homeless Veteran Call Center has a 24-hour assistance line for veterans with trained staff from the Department of Veterans Affairs at 1-877-4AID VET.
• Help for veterans hurt by mortgage abuses - The Servicemember Civil Relief Act is a new program to provide relief for veterans and servicemembers who were hurt by mortgage abuses and assist those seeking refinance. If you need legal services, use the Legal Services Locator to find an attorney.
