Telephone Town Halls are a large scale town hall meeting conducted over the phone, allowing Zoe the ability to communicate with thousands of constituents while at work in Washington. She does this by calling constituents and inviting them to join a conference call town hall meeting so they may have the opportunity to discuss issues and directly ask Zoe questions from the comfort of their homes. Zoe will often make a few opening remarks, and then start taking questions from callers.
