Incoming House Appropriations Committee Chairman Rodney Frelinghuysen today announced Appropriations Committee Senior Staff changes for the 115th Congress.

“With a new Congress and a new Administration, and with the continuing work on the current fiscal year Appropriations bills, the Appropriations Committee will have an extremely busy time ahead. We are ready for the job. These professional, knowledgeable, and savvy staff will help guide and navigate the process, so that these critical funding bills can be enacted into law,” incoming Chairman Frelinghuysen said.

Nancy Fox will join the Appropriations Committee as Chief Clerk/Staff Director. Fox comes to the Committee from Rep. Frelinghuysen’s personal office, where she served 22 years, including as Chief of Staff.  Prior to her service with Rep. Frelinghuysen, Fox worked for Rep. Marge Roukema (NJ) and Rep. Silvio Conte (MA).

Jim Kulikowski will continue on the Committee Staff as Deputy Staff Director.

Jennifer Hing will continue on the Committee Staff as Senior Advisor and Director of Communications.

Dale Oak will continue on the Committee Staff as Senior Advisor covering bill process and execution.

Stephen Sepp will continue on the Committee Staff as Senior Professional Staff covering budget analysis and tracking.
