Roskam Condemns Obama’s Disgraceful UN Action

Wheaton, IL — U.S. Representatives Peter J. Roskam issued the following statement in response to the Obama Administration’s failure to veto an anti-Israel measure at the United Nations Security Council:

“The Obama Administration's decision to abstain from today's UN Security Council vote is disgraceful. The adopted resolution is anti-Israel and anti-peace.‎ Congress and the incoming administration will stand with our friends and allies, and oppose all efforts to delegitimize Israel.”

Rep. Roskam serves as Co-Chairman of the GOP Israel Caucus and the Bipartisan Taskforce for Combating Anti-Semitism.
