Below is a description of some of the most popular attractions in Washington, D.C., along with some tips to help make your experience as positive as possible. Washington, D.C. is your city - make the most of it!

Due to the high demand, we ask that you submit White House tour requests at least four months in advance of your anticipated tour date. All other tour requests should be submitted at least one month in advance, if possible. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please be aware that because the Missouri State Legislature has failed to comply with the minimum security standards outlined in the REAL ID Act of 2005, Missouri-issued identification cards will no longer be accepted for access to federal buildings that currently require federal IDs for entry. This currently includes the Pentagon and the White House.
