U.S. Service Academy Nominations
High school students in the Third Congressional District may request a nomination to a service academy from Rosa. Click here to learn more about the nomination process.

Assistance for Service Members and Their Families
It is sometimes more difficult for the families of Reserve and National Guard personnel to access the same facilities and support networks that are provided to the families of other active duty servicemen and women. This page is intended to serve as a services center for those service members and their families.

Military Assets Requests
The Armed Forces of the United States are able to support community events by providing assets such as bands, color guards, and aviation. While the Armed Forces strive to support all requests, there are certain requirements which must be met prior to approval.

Resources for People with Disabilities
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provides comprehensive nondiscrimination protection for individuals with disabilities in employment, public services, public accommodations, transportation, and telecommunications, as well as services operated by private entities.

Public Documents
The New Haven office can provide constituents with public documents such as copies of recent legislation, House or Senate committee reports, or reports from the Library of Congress.

White House Greetings Requests
The White House will send greeting cards signed by the President of the United States to commemorate special events, accomplishments or milestones free of charge to U.S. citizens. To request a greeting card from the President, please contact the New Haven or Washington, DC offices.
