Caucuses are informal groups that allow Members of Congress with shared interests to work together to advance particular issues. Senator Rounds currently serves as co-chair of the Former Governor's Caucus. He is also a co-founder and co-chair of the Senate Regulations Caucus and the Senate Payments Innovation Caucus.
