    WASHINGTON – U.S. Representative Kathleen Rice announced today that the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has awarded $1.5 million to the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) to fund the New York State Apprenticeship Expansion Grant project, which aims to expand apprenticeship training and employment opportunities throughout the state.
