A bill by Representative Steve Knight (CA-25) that would help veterans recover from post traumatic stress (PTS), traumatic brain injury (TBI), military sexual trauma (MST), chronic pain, and opiate addiction passed the House of Representatives on Tuesday. Representative Steve Knight (CA-25) sent a letter on Monday to Governor Brown asking the state to use funds from an existing block grant to support efforts to repair damages caused by the Sand Fire.
